CSUB Fund

Supporting the CSUB Fund helps in areas such as student research, community-based field work, travel to conferences and intercollegiate academic competitions, awards for scholarly studies and professional development opportunities to enhance classroom learning.

Roadrunner Club

The Roadrunner Club is the fundraising arm of CSUB Athletics. We provide resources for 300+ student-athletes in the pursuit of our four pillars: academic excellence, outstanding student-athlete experience, competitive success and community engagement.

Basic Needs

CSUB is dedicated to addressing food insecurity on campus and in the community. Past research indicates that 40% of college students are food insecure and that food insecurity can limit academic success. In order to address this need, CSUB offers a variety of resources including an on-campus food pantry, monthly food distributions and fresh produce from our Edible Garden and various community partners.

Alumni Association Scholarship Endowment

The CSUB Alumni Association awards scholarships to CSUB graduates pursuing their graduate degrees on campus. The Alumni Scholarship Endowment was established in 1990 with a gift of $5,000 and is now valued at more than $278,000.

Library Associates

The mission of the Walter W. Stiern Library is to strengthen and enhance the learning, research and instruction at California State University, Bakersfield by facilitating access to programs and services that support a culture of broad inquiry reflective of the diverse community we serve. The Library enriches the University's commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion by engaging with the campus and encouraging life-long learning, critical thinking and societal awareness.

College of Arts and Humanities

The College of Arts and Humanities offers broad artistic and humanistic knowledge, with over 100 highly-qualified faculty across seven departments: art, communications, music and theatre, English, history, modern languages, and philosophy and religious studies. Master of Arts programs are available in English, History and Spanish. Donations support initiatives like student research, community engagement, academic programs, guest speakers, technology upgrades, and service-learning opportunities.

College of Business and Public Administration

The College of Business and Public Administration at California State University, Bakersfield offers undergraduate degrees in agricultural business, business administration, economics, environmental resource management and public administration. Graduate programs include the MBA, MPA and M.S. in Health Care Administration. Supporting the college means investing in the present and future success of our students.
