The CSU Bakersfield Edible Garden is a one-acre space devoted to growing fresh produce using organic methods for students, staff, and faculty. In addition to crop production, the Edible Garden is home to a robust volunteer and internship program as well as the location for a variety of wellness and sustainability related programming events.
